Lakeshore Fire Ruled Arson

Lakeshore fire officials are ruling a morning blaze in Emeryville as arson.

Around 3am Tuesday, crews responded to a home under construction in the 300-block of Letino Drive.

The building was fully involved when the Lakeshore Fire Department arrived. A neighbouring home was also damaged from the radiant heat.

The home under construction was valued at around $200,000. The OPP is investigating the incident.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
