High levels of air pollution are possible this afternoon.

An AIR QUALITY WARNING is in place due to the possibility of deteriorating air quality. Hot and sunny conditions are expected to cause increasing ground-level ozone concentrations this afternoon. Moderate risk AQHI values are expected throughout the day with the potential of short-term high risk AQHI values in the afternoon.

When air pollution levels are high, everyone should limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

You can expect partly cloudy in the morning, with rain in the afternoon

The <a href="http://www.ontario.ca/government/public-sector-salary-disclosure" target="_blank">Sunshine List</a> is out today, revealing public employees making more than $100,000 in Ontario.
In the health sector, Chatham-Kent Community Health Centre physician Vishal Chawla makes the list with a salary of $372,000. President and CEO of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Colin Patey, makes $295,000.
Director of Education for the Lambton Kent District School Board Jim Costello is on the list with a $205,000 salary while his counterpart at the St. Clair Catholic District School Board Dan Parr is listed as making $204,000.
Also making the list is Chatham-Kent CAO Don Shropshire at $192,000 while Chatham-Kent Police Chief Dennis Poole is listed as making $206,000.
The list has been released by the province since 1996 and is meant to improve government transparency.
