Lifting Weights For Charity

A unique fundraiser today for the Chatham-Kent Hospice.

Two teams consisting of ten men and one woman have been fundraising to compete and see who can bench press the most weight.

Rick Paxton, owner of Competitive Edge Health and Fitness, says the trash talking has already begun.

"We've got a Legends team going against the 40 and under kids," says Paxton. "We're going to total up our scores for the ten of us and see who's got bragging rights."

Bench Press for Life gets underway at 11am at Competitive Edge on Keil Dr. in Chatham.
