Chatham-Kent police say a northbound pick-up truck turned from Bloomfield onto 6th Line about 9:40pm last night into the path of an oncoming car.
The 23-year-old London woman who was driving the car was treated at hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck will be appearing in court at a later date.
