Good Results From RIDE Program

Police are reporting good results from a RIDE program in Chatham.

Officers stopped 75 motorists during last night's spot check on Lacroix St.

Three tickets were issued, however no one was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police also conducted radar enforcement across Chatham-Kent yesterday, issuing 15 tickets for speeding.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
