Accused Thief Faces More Charges

A Windsor man who's accused of stealing gas and a lottery ticket from Mac's Milk in Tilbury is back in police custody.

Chatham-Kent police say the man pumped $30 worth of fuel into his vehicle last June and left without paying for it.

Officers say he also took a lottery ticket from the store about a month later when he was paying for the gas he stole.

Police arrested the man yesterday afternoon after he failed to show up for fingerprints at police headquarters and didn't attend a scheduled court appearance.
