Driving While Suspended

A Wallaceburg man is facing a number of charges after police claim he repeatedly drove while his licence was suspended and then missed a court date.

Police say the man had two driving prohibitions dating back to 2008 and 2009, but an officer saw him driving Mar. 16.

He was charged with two counts of driving with a suspended licence, but didn't turn up for a court date.

Police officials say an officer spotted him driving in Wallaceburg last night, and arrested him again. He is due back in court next month.
