Bail Hearing For Quick

The man accused of killing Nancy Quick remains in custody, as a bail hearing's been set for May.

Scott Quick will be in Superior Court in downtown Windsor for a three-day bail hearing on May 19, 20 and 21. He appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice this morning, via video.

Nancy Quick died after being hit by a minivan, which fled the scene in Lakeshore, back in 2006.

The 48-year-old was arrested on March 11, in the Belleville area, and has been in local police custody since.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
