Police say members of the Intelligence Section executed the warrant yesterday afternoon and found the drugs.
At this point, police haven't released what type of drugs were seized or how much they are worth.
Both of the accused have been charged and released with conditions pending a future court date.
SPS Board Chair Kelly Ash said the decision followed discussions with Acting Chief Mike Federico and aligns with practices at other police services.
