Chopped To Feature Local Chef

A local chef will show off his culinary skills on an upcoming episode of the TV show "Chopped."

Ben LeBlanc owns and operates the Iron Kettle Bed and Breakfast in Comber, and will appear on the popular Food Network show next month.

LeBlanc says he just decided to apply on a whim. "The motivation behind it all was to see how it would all work, and to add a little bit of experience to my life."

LeBlanc's episode of Chopped airs Saturday, May 30.
