TEDx Event Almost Sold Out

Inspiring speakers will take over the Bradley Centre next Thursday for the second annual TEDx conference.

Co-organizer Fannie Vavoulis says this year's theme is "Food For Thought."

"We're such an ag based community and a lot of focus is on agriculture," says Vavoulis. "Not all of speakers are ag based. There's a little bit of ag talk involved, but 'Food For Thought' is, you know, get the brain working, let's feed our brains and try to make things happen."

The event features 15 speakers and two performers, including Jason Hall, the man behind the Slow Roll bicycle ride in Detroit.

Doors open at 9am, and tickets are $75. For more details or to register, click here.
