Chatham-Kent police say on Friday just before midnight, a pickup truck made too wide of a turn, running across a small front lawn.
Police stopped the vehicle, determining the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Now,a 23-year-old man from Chatham is charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit. He was released with a future court date.
