Ron Andruchow with the LKDSB believes the board got fair market value for the property and the selling price is $200,000.
The property was taken off the market a little over a week ago, Andruchow and realtors handling the deal declined to identify the buyer.
Andruchow did say however that the purchaser is from Toronto. The deal closes in August.
