PC Leadership Vote Begins

Sunday marks the first of two voting days to select a new leader of the Ontario PC Party.

The fate of Whitby-Oshawa MPP Christine Elliott and Barrie MP Patrick Brown now lies in the hands of their party members.

Voting in Windsor-Essex will take place at the Caboto Club in Windsor Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Members in the Chatham-Kent area will vote at Branch 185 of the Royal Canadian Legion in Blenheim during that same time frame.

There will be another round of voting Thursday May 7 at the same locations from 3pm to 9pm. The winner will be announced in Toronto Saturday May 9.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
