Parks Reinstated To Catholic Board

A ruling in Sarnia court Monday has reinstated Michelle Parks to the St. Clair Catholic District School Board.

The 8-year trustee's Sarnia-Point Edward seat had been declared vacant after she failed to file contribution and expense claims following the October municipal election.

She says it's a relief to have her seat back.

Parks says the court ruled the city clerk's office failed to give her proper advanced notice to file her paperwork.

The ruling came from Justice Mark Hornblower in Sarnia court Monday.
