Sarnia Man Charged With Voyeurism

A Sarnia man has been charged in connection with an incident Saturday in St. Clair Twp. that involved the videotaping of females in a washroom.

The Lambton OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate after seizing a man's hand held device.

Police say they're confident they have identified and centralized the offence location and continue to consult with the affected facility in order to identify the victims.

Pietro James Restivo, 32, is charged with voyeurism.

After a bail hearing, he was released on several behavioural type conditions, and is to appear again in court June 29.

Anyone with information is asked to call OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
