BlackburnNews.com photo.Power has been restored in a good portion of Essex County and parts of Tilbury after a Hydro One outage Saturday morning.
Hydro One says a multi-vehicle accident saw a hydro pole break, causing approximately 3,210 customers to be without power since 1am.
Crews fixed the issue and power was fully restored just before 7am.
