Vehicle Totaled In Rollover (VIDEO)

A Merlin man is walking away from what could have been a serious crash in Chatham today with just a minor scratch.

Dan Caza was eastbound on Grand Ave. E. around 9am when a vehicle on Thames St. pulled out. Caza couldn't swerve fast enough to avoid the collision that sent his 1996 Toyota Camry skidding before it rolled onto its roof.

"I crawled out the window, it was down," says the 39-year-old Caza, who's a delivery man for Steve's Pizza in Chatham. As for the Camry, he says it's delivered its last pie. "It's a complete write off."

The female driver of the other vehicle didn't suffer any injuries. There's no word yet on charges and police, fire, and tow truck officials had the scene cleared in under an hour.
