The 26-year-old's lawyer Ken Golish says he'll appear in court, in person instead of by video, on July 8.
Brush's hearings had been continuously pushed back over the last few months due to a disclosure of evidence.
Golish says he is still waiting for some evidence to be disclosed, but the court process is able to move forward.
