Terror Suspect Returns To Court

The Chatham man charged with placing a terror threat to Parliament Hill will be back in court this summer.

David Osterbrook, 49, was arrested back in April for threatening to blow up the Library of Parliament in Ottawa as part of a "revolution."

He was granted bail so his family could bring him to Brentwood Recovery Home in Windsor. Members of Osterbrook's family have told BlackburnNews.com that he's not a terrorist, but an alcoholic with mental health issues.

He'll appear in court next on August 4.
