The municipality's partnership with OLG Slots in Dresden is once again paying off.

GM Damien de Roux says last year's annual contribution to Chatham-Kent totals $716,383. "2015 has also been an encouraging year for us. We're seeing patrons through the doors. We're busy providing entertainment for the entire region, it's fantastic."

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation is currently under a modernization period.

This brings the potential to have private companies overseeing day to day operations of OLG facilities.
