OPP say the ATV was travelling on South Creek Rd when it collided with a motor vehicle at the Tecumseh Rd intersection. This happened Friday just after 9am.
The 61-year-old ATV driver from Walpole Island was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
