Wallaceburg CHC Collecting Food

The Community Health Centre in Wallaceburg is answering the call for help from the town's food banks.

Health Promoter Beth Kominek says staff are holding a food drive. "They were just saying that their shelves are a little bare so we wanted to rally the community to help out and fill those shelves up," she says. "The health centre is actually open all day from 9 am to 8 pm so if people are unable to make it during that time and want to drop off a donation prior to, they are welcome to but we will be outside collecting lots of donations between 4:30 and 7 pm." She says they are looking for both perishable and non-perishable donations as well as baby item.
