Police have reopened the westbound lanes of Hwy. 401 near Tilbury.
The Ontario Provincial Police says on Wednesday around 10:30pm, a tractor trailer broke down past Bloomfield Rd., blocking the lanes.
The roadway was cleared at around 11pm.
