Pants On The Ground

Employees at a Chatham business called police after a man was observed with his pants down, acting inappropriately.

That was around 7pm yesterday on St. Clair Street. An officer on patrol later located a man matching the suspect description near McNaughton Ave.

Police say the man began resisting the officer as he was being placed under arrest and then taken to headquarters.

The 30-year-old has been charged with committing an indecent act and resisting arrest and released pending a future court date.
