Terror Suspect Pretrial Set

The pretrial for a Chatham terror suspect is slated for later this month.

On Friday, a CK judge endorsed the date of September 29 for David Osterbrook's next court appearance, which was originally going to occur in late October.

Osterbrook, who is now released from police custody, was arrested back in early April after allegedly threatening to blow up the Library of Parliament.

Earlier this year Osterbrook was granted bail, and attended Brentwood Recovery Home in Windsor.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
