Windsor police have released video of a drive-by shooting caught on a dashboard camera.
It happened Wednesday afternoon on Howard Ave. at Erie St.
The video shows a green Toyota was shooting at a black Jaguar and both vehicles fled the scene.
An innocent victim appears to have been caught in the crossfire with a bullet piercing his shirt, witnesses say.
Police say it appears the bullet ricocheted off the Jaguar and struck the windshield of the red Nissan behind.
