Update: Vehicles Involved In Drive-by Shooting Found

Windsor police confirm they have found both vehicles involved in a drive-by shooting at the corner of Howard Ave. and Erie St. Wednesday afternoon.

Detectives have also identified what they call "persons of interest" and say they are known to each other.

A bullet fired from a green Toyota pierced the windshield of a man driving a red car that police don't believe was involved. The driver was grazed, but suffered only minor injuries.

Investigators believe the shots were aimed at a black Jaguar. Both vehicles fled the scene.

Thursday, police released video taken from a dashcam.

Anyone with information is asked to call Windsor police at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830 or anonymously Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477. Tips can also be submitted on Facebook and online at www.catchcrooks.com.
