Lakers Still Looking For First Win

The Wallaceburg Lakers are still looking for their first win of the Great Lakes Jr. C hockey season.

That quest continues tonight when they host the Alvinston Flyers.

"Just gotta continue to work hard and make things happen," says Lakers Head Coach and General Manager March Swayze. "It's not going to come to you, it's not just gonna be easy, so you need to continue to work hard and strive to get better each and every night."

The Lakers are 0-4.

"I thought the first week we were real good, we led both games," says Swayze. "Last week we had a tough week, there's no doubt there. So we just need to get back to where we were at the start of the year and just continue to work hard and get better ."

Puck drop is set for 7:30pm.
