Western Student Dies Of Injuries

The Western student struck by a vehicle on the university campus on Wednesday night has died from her injuries.

An official with the London Health Sciences Centre confirmed to BlackburnNews.com on Saturday 18-year-old Andrea Christidis has died.

The university issued a statement on Saturday evening in response to the death. Click here for the full statement.

Police have charged 24-year-old Jared Dejong of London with dangerous driving and impaired driving offences.
