Chatham-Kent Thanksgiving Closures

Another Thanksgiving Monday brings a number of closures in Chatham-Kent.

As with every holiday municipal offices, pools and arenas will be closed, as well as all branches of the CK public library. Garbage collection has been pushed back a day, and CK transit also won't be running on Monday. Health and family, as well as clinic services are not available today, but essential after-hours public health services are.

Over at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, a number of services have been called off for the day. These include Out-Patient Rehab and Laboratory Services, the Mental Health and Addictions Program, and Diabetes Education Centre.

Routine x-rays, ultrasounds and EKGs will not take place. The pharmacy is also closed.
