Union Gas In Full Hiring Mode

Union Gas recently set up a display at St. Clair College staffed by employees who fill a variety of roles to ask students to consider applying for work.

Jeff Gallie system operations manager at the Dawn opperation says the company is always looking for quality employees.

"We are always looking for a continuous hiring process, looking for new people all the time in all different career oportunities," he says. "A wide range of students there are all different programs here, anywhere from instrumentation, electrical, all sorts of differnt processes."

Gallie says since the Union Gas employs professionals ranging from engineers to clerical staff and pipe fitters to computer experts there is demand for a lot of skill sets.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
