Murder Case Moving Along

The wheels of justice continue to move slowly for a Chatham-Kent man accused of killing his wife more than 25 years ago.

George Jarvis did not appear in court today, but an official appearing on his behalf was able to set a preliminary hearing for his first degree murder trial.

The case will come before a judge at the Chatham Courthouse again on November 20.

Jarvis was released from custody on $25,000 bail in October.
