UPDATE: Construction Accident In Wallaceburg

A 73-year-old man is in London hospital after a construction-related accident in Wallaceburg.

Chatham-Kent police say around 8:30 the man fell approximately 10 feet while working on a small overhang at Accurcast.

Officials add he was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, and later London hospital with head injuries. Ministry of Labour rep Janet Deline says they've now taken over the investigation.

"The Ministry of Labour issued one requirement order to Accurcast to provide documentation, and our investigation is ongoing."

Deline adds no further details can be given at this time.
