(BlackburnNews.com photo)The Chatham-Kent OPP has identified a man who was found dead inside a vehicle partially submerged in water.
Officers located the body of 77-year-old William Lloyd Steeper inside a Chrysler vehicle in Rondeau Bay, near Ferguson and Water St. on Thursday around 6:30am.
Police say Steeper was previously reported missing in London.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and foul play is not suspected.
