Local Auto Shop Owners Encouraged By Meeting

The owners of "Painted By Dave" in Blenheim say they're on the right track after meeting with a major name in the vehicle refabrication business.

Jeanne and Dave Marriott recently won a contest to meet international car aficianado Chip Foose in Calgary. There they compared notes, with Jeanne saying the meeting was encouraging for their business.

"We use the same products, we use the same paint line," she says. "So it's really nice for us to be able to talk to someone like Chip, and realize we're on the right track with what we're doing for our business."

The Marriotts won the contest by submitting a video utilizing 3M products on their vehicles.
