Babysitter Accused Of Sexual Assault

A man known to babysit in the Wallaceburg area faces a list of sexual assault charges, and police want to be sure there aren't more victims.

Chatham-Kent police say they received complaints this week regarding a number of incidents dating back to August of this year.

Now, 30-year-old Wesley Clarkson, also known as Wesley Olsen, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault, three counts of sexual interference and one count of indecent act. He is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent police are urging anyone with information about the case to call 519-358-4124.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
