Ontario Provincial Police officers and emergency crews responded to the scene on Friday around 11am.
Fire crews say two vehicles were involved in the crash.
The road was blocked for around an hour but has since been reopened.
It is unknown if anyone was injured in the crash.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
