LKDSB Working On Website Upgrades

The Lambton-Kent District School Board wants feedback as it prepares to revamp their school and board websites.

The board is holding an onlne survey for teachers, parents and students to describe what features they want to see in the new sites. IT Manager Chris Marvell says while they are gathering feedback, they already have some ideas of what changes they want to make to their sites.

"More active news feeds, perhaps slideshows. Perhaps redesigning it to give it a more clean and dynamic feel. Those are the types of features and functionality we're looking for."

Marvell says they hope to have the new board website, as well as the new sites for their 66 schools, ready by the next school year.
