UPDATE: Storm Knocks Out Power

About 1,000 Hydro One customers in Chatham-Kent are still without power.

High winds, heavy freezing rain, limbs on power lines, and broken poles knocked out power to a number of customers last night.

Hydro One says the largest pockets without power are in Tilbury, Rondeau, and Ridgetown, with about 150-250 customers affected in each location.

Crews are still assessing the damage and no estimated time for restoration has been posted.

Entegrus says power has been restored to all of its customers in Chatham.
