Crews Quickly Extinguish Chatham Fire (Gallery)

Crews have yet to determine the cause of a Wellington St. fire in Chatham.

CK fire crews attended 120 Wellington St. E around 4:45pm Tuesday for a working blaze. The house fire was out by 5:15pm.

Reports say a third party individual saw smoke coming from the home, and dialed 911.

No word yet on whether anyone was inside the house at the time of the blaze, or the extent of damages to the home.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
