Pork Conference In Ridgetown

Pork producers from across southwestern Ontario are keeping up to date on changes in their industry at a conference in Ridgetown.

The 54th annual South West Pork Conference includes session on preventing disease prevention with sessions on resistance to treatments, and record keeping.

There is also nutrition information.

Organizers say it is all geared to making farming operations more efficient.

The sessions run today from 2 pm until 9 pm at the Ridgetown Campus of the University of Guelph.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
