CKSS Hosts UCC For Sr. Volleyball Title

CKSS and UCC's Sr. Girls 'AAA' volleyball teams face off tonight with the LKSSAA title on the line.

The Golden Hawks only lost one game during the regular season, however that one loss came against the Lancers.

"We know UCC well and they know us well," says CK head coach Elish Smith. "All the girls have played club volleyball with each other or against one another, so we have a bond of sorts, but we also have a knowledge of each other."

The game gets underway at 7pm at CKSS.

Meanwhile, Blenheim hosts Chatham Christian at 5:30pm in the Sr. girls 'A' volleyball final.

And Lambton-Kent plays host to Blenheim in the Jr. girls 'A' final at 6:30pm.

In the 'AA' Jr. girls LKSSAA final, Wallaceburg is at McGregor at 5pm, and in 'AAA' the Pines are in Sarnia to take on St. Pat's at 5:30pm.
