Officers say a total of four women allege being inappropriately touched by a male suspect in Chatham, between February 10 and February 24.
Police say the suspect is now charged with four counts of sexual assault and three counts of wearing a disguise with intent.
They add Daniel VanKesteren of Chatham is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
