Driver Seriously Injured In ATV Crash

One man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following an ATV rollover crash in Bothwell.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service says on Saturday around 8:44pm, officers responded to the single-vehicle crash on Longwoods Rd. (Hwy. 2) between Clachan Rd. and W Bothwell Rd.

Police say the driver of the ATV, a 56-year-old man, was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries. He has since been airlifted to Victoria Hospital in London where he remains in critical condition.

Longwoods Rd. was closed in an area between Clachan Rd. and W Bothwell Rd. while officers were at the scene. The CK police Traffic Unit is investigating the incident.
