Three people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a van and car collided at the corner of Lambton Line and Marthaville Rd. just north of Dresden early this afternoon.
No names have been released.
It happened about 12:30 pm at the point where the two roads merge.
An Ornge air ambulance was called in as a precaution but was not needed.
The investigation is still on-going and Lambton OPP are asking anyone with any information to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
