Dresden Raceway Holds E-Cycling Drive

Residents can get rid of their old electronics during the Dresden Raceway e-waste recycling drive.

OLG staff will be collecting old computers, printers, cellphones, TVs and other devices in their parking lot on Park St. in Dresden. The drive runs Saturday from 8am to 4:30pm.

The OLG is stressing only household e-waste will be accepted.

Proceeds from the collected devices will go towards Federated Health Charities, a cluster of 16 groups that include the Alzeimer Society of Ontario and Diabetes Canada. They'll also be collecting clothing donations for the Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy.
