No Charges After Drug Bust In Blenheim

Chatham-Kent police say they won't be laying any charges after finding what appears to have been a small grow-op at an apartment in Blenheim.

Officers say the investigation started when they got a tip from someone who told them an apartment on Talbot St. E. smelled like marijuana.

When police showed up at the apartment without a warrant last week Thursday, the homeowner let them in without incident and cooperated with officers.

The marijuana plants and the equipment that police found were seized for destruction.
