OPP investigate a fatal crash at the intersection of Road 6 E and Graham Side Rd. near Kingsville. (Photo by Ricardo Veneza)A 42-year-old Kingsville man has been charged after a fatal crash involving two-pick-up trucks on Road 6 E last week.
Peter Neudorf will answer to one count of failing to stop at a stop sign.
The collision happened Friday morning on Road 6 E at Graham Side Rd.
Earle Armstrong, 70, also of Kingsville, died as a result of the crash.
A court date has not been set at this time.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
