Police Identify Homicide Victim

London Police have identified 21-year-old Dakoda Marcus Martin as the victim of Saturday morning's homicide.

Officers were called to the corner of Clarence St. and Dufferin Ave. around 3am Saturday where they found two men injured. Both were rushed to hospital by ambulance, Martin was pronounced dead at the hospital. The 32-year-old victim, who has not been identified, was released from hospital with only minor injuries.

An autopsy determined Martin's cause of death was a stab wound. A knife was located during a daylight search of the scene. The crime scene has been released, however the incident remains under active investigation.

Jeremy Reddick, 32, of London is charged with one count of second degree murder and one count of aggravated assault.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
